I was evaluating Michael Seago's experience and not my overall experience. Michael was highly responsive and helpful. My overall experience with New American Funding would not be as highly rated. I found the refinance process very prolonged, much longer than previous mortgage applications or refinancing applications.

I wish I had another option, as it relates to this subject, because Elizabeth has been VERY informative. She is extremely knowledgeable as a loan officer and very receptive to questions asked. I recognized, there was a lack of communication, which tied her hands at times. Being a 1st time home buyer, she nurtured me in this process, I just wish she had more "direct contact" with other members in linear departments instead of having to go through 3rd parties which hindered her
