Unprecedented year of challenges through covid. I enjoy face to face interactions just because that's when I'm able to generate questions off the physical paper work I'm seeing. Also I'm a first time home buyer so I'm sure I'm made it difficult on their end.

Some of the documents were confusing and the team seemed to be under tremendous pressure to get things completed so some of the detail was overlooked. Overall a positive experience but wish that better detail was taken.

What made it great was regardless of the process and some very frustrating moments Jennifer Ashley got it done. I pretty much gave up on it but she continue to push to get me into my 1st home. I really appreciate her hard work and dedication. I am now able to look back and say it was worth it.

Neil did a great job answering the questions we had and was very responsive. We had a little issue on the day of closing, but overall we were pleased we were able to close when scheduled. Neil worked hard for us to get the best deal made.
