The experience with this loan was good. My only frustration was the company used to get our mortgage balances. They were hard to connect with. Their hold times were longer then the ten minute breaks I have at work. Very frustrating. Besides that the loan process was great.

It was nice to go through the loan process with Amber. She always stayed positive and focused on the positive points which is a nice change from some lenders.

Great overall, but 2 things: When buying my wife's home, we'd be reassured that all is well and calm but then go into overdrive with the burden falling on us to submit docs by a deadline with no forewarning. This time, I asked a week out what to do with money for closing and was told all was good, but then was sent wire instructions at 530pm the night before with a deadline the next morning and ran into issues. If I would've known what to expect I could've moved my money where it needed to be.
