Allen was extremely helpful in working us through our closing of our refinance. Our overall experience w/this refinance was a nightmare as our originator and processor both changed during the process. The process took so long most documents & even 3rd party confirmation had to happen twice.c ommunication from my contacts at time were non existent except for Allen. Went above & beyond to help us communicate with others at the bank. I appreciate Allen's efforts as were so unhappy would have cancel
