My only suggestion is that the borrower receives all loan documents, even if in draft form, to read before the scheduled appointment with the notary. The notary is not supposed to explain the documents, only witness your signature. I wish that I had been able to read the documents and ask questions before I was expected to sign them.

My experience with Haleh was great. She was so quick in getting us the best rate. The only problem I had was with the scheduling on the attorney to come and sign the papers. That had nothing to do with Haleh but she did step in when the situation came up and helped me get in contact with the loan officer. I appreciated everything she did.
