communicated that we did not want to take more then 27,000 from the sell of our house or we were willing to take less to have a mortgage at or below $75,000. We ended up walking away with $32,000 and a $78,000 mortgage when we should have only had a $73,000 mortgage. Because what we asked was not done we paid more in fees and will pay more in interest over the life of our loan.

Our closing was supposed be at 10:00 am when we got there the closing Cordinator explains to me that she doesn’t have anything from the lender that we need to wait.We wait all day waiting for them to send the correct CD since they sent it wrong three times they did not send the funds on time we left there at 7:00 pm without closing, until the next day. I was very embarrassed with my client for everything that was happening and at no time no one apologized on behalf of the lender.
