Samantha was great to work with....once the loan got to underwriting though it became a more complicated process than it should have been. Both underwriters were either difficult to get ahold of or would not answer a message.

Derek was great in helping me through the process. Very patient and responsive. Communicated every step of the way. However , the service from Jose Espinoza, was less to be desired. We were going to go somewhere else, but Derek definitely was the reason we stayed.
