Although this loan processed and funds were paid out, it seemed like this loan with its various steps, took far too long to materialize into a fully realized payout. Wether due to administrative, verification or processing delays, this loan "seemed" to take much longer to come to fruition than other loans with this company. I may look elsewhere for another loan of this type in the future.

This was an odd situation, since my lender was from out of state and Mrs Shay was the intermediary. I am not upset or disapointed in the level of service, I think communicating through the process of what things were and why certain information was needed would have been nice. This might have more to do with the lender in Oklahoma though. Not sure where their part in this process started and NAF's ended. This may be more about them. I do appreciate all your help in helping us with this loan.
