From the first phone call Tom was extremely personable, told me what was required as a borrower, and the parameters for the type of property New American would fund. He always responded quickly to questions and requests. Members of his team seemed a little harried at times and asked redundantly for information I had already provided. Don't know if those were their marching orders or not. However, I am totally satisfied and look forward to working with Tom again
