It was a good experience. I love that Rita went to bat for us and I would not have gotten that from anyone else. More lenders need people like Rita on their team. The underwriting process wasn't as pleasant. We know when it comes to mortgages you have to jump through hoops, but my family was displaced and the underwriters were still requesting more of the same info when it was proven.

easy to complete paper work quick services would reccomend when email comes from office that it would immediately inform the company name first. I get many emails daily and often junk. when an email shows up with a name I didnt know they worked with Mitch.
