The experience was great because Jennifer let us know right away what documents would be needed. Because of this, we were able to collect all necessary documents way ahead of the time they would be reviewed. Once we got further along in the mortgage process, no additional documents were needed. This approach allowed us to avoid the last minute scrambling that occurs so often in the home buying process.
