My application was not updated while loan officer was out of office causing delays. Same docs were requested from me more than one or twice. I had to escalate to the manager. Appraisal process was incomplete and confusing, and turned to "finger-ponting" between appraiser and your team. Lender's credit was reversed, i asked for reason but no response.

Armando was very nice. The company was difficult to work with. There was no real time line, last minute stuff requested from underwriting, the notary situation was the worst! Mis communication on signing for my wife that is handicap. I went with Armando, as my daughter knew him from a pervious employer. However with this company, and how difficult it was, I will probably not recommend again. Like I said, I trusted my daughter's opinion but it was very stressful on myself & my wife especially

Slow response times and having to resubmit the same documents multiple times as well as not working with the same person for the entire process was frustrating. There obviously was a disconnect with communication.

Initially was told they could lock in an interest rate 60 days out, and later told that they needed to wait til closer to the appraisal time. Ended up going up half a percent or more.

Kat had great communication in the beginning of the transaction. As the transaction continued she didn't return my calls. It was somewhat frustrating as a realtor to not get a call back 3 days before settlement. I appreciate all her hard work in getting the deal done. I just wished the communication was better.
