John and Jeff were great at answering my questions throughout the whole process! Everything was digitally submitted which kept the process speedy and (mostly) efficient. The only negative comment I have to make is that there were numerous times that I had already submitted certain forms and either due to lack of communication or lack of sharing documents with all involved in the mortgage process, and had to resend documents multiple times that I had already sent.
