Working with Chris was great. He is knowledgeable and understanding to the clients. I would recommend that some of his loan assistant's be a bit more open, honest, and respectful toward the Agent involved in the transaction. This can actually cause the transaction to be more efficient with updated and accurate information . The agent is the there to assist and has the client's best interest at heart. Overall, my preference was to deal directly with the most knowledgeable source.

Chris Drexler's team was very good at communicating with us and keeping us updated throughout the process of closing on our home. There were some hang ups in the last few moments due to our current home sale, and they worked with us to make sure everything happened on time with our closing.
