Nearly effortless. Terry got me approved almost immediately for a conventional loan and when I asked for a diffficult to find 7:1 ARM Interest only, he arranged it quickly. He did what he could to cajole the monster-sized Union Bank to close within my 20-day EscrowWe almost made it, too. What might have been a disaster worked out great,

Ron’s personal involvement in every deal is unique. Communication is important to me and Ron always return my calls with answers to my questions. I’ve been in the commercial real estate business for 30 years and to have a lender who is on top of the file like Ron is, is incredibly important To a transaction.

You did great job but sometimes I have to push Martha to see what she needs from us and what to do to make faster the process and try to avoid the extra fees for closing late and never get the answer why the ask for the same paper o who make the mistake; tha mistake cost me $500 But at the and u did great job mr phill closing at the same day we send the email back thank you !!!
