Sherrian Johnson was able to put together a loan for me on a complicated debt to income issue that involved a high balance student loan. This does not necessary reflect on Omar, but on the expert as a whole. There was poor communication after I began the application process where there would be days on end where there would be ok communication. Then when it was time to close, I chose to select my own closing attorney but was forced to use one sent by NAF. The initial signing didn’t work because the 7:30 PM appointment time was not kept. The attorney wanted to come to my house at 10pm at night to complete the closing. Out of space

How can the 'experience' be memorable when little or no communication/interaction took place with Matt. The one time I wanted to talk with him, I got his voicemail, left a message, but my call was never returned.

Better information going into close and explanation of costs went into closing day and had to spend 2300 more than expected expected insurance they quoted was way off next time i will go in state with lenders
