Your team can routinely close FHA loans quicker than anyone else. The only complaint that I have is from my client. They said that they were asked to provide documents with very particular information that may be make it easier for you to process the loan but ultimately are not required to process the loan. This caused a few delays and unnecessary stress.

I found Melissa and the rest of her staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. As a first time buyer without any knowledge on the home buying process, I would’ve preferred more continuity. Talking to multiple people throughout this process only caused more confusion. It’s my understanding that this is not uncommon, just created additional communication barriers. Melissa and her team came highly recommended from my realtor and I would choose her team all over again. Very pleased.
