Brittany does a great job with communication and moving the process along. My experience with David Dumas was not good. Two things stand out: 1) 3 days before close, he sent me a document regarding Flood insurance stating I had to obtain it for the loan, but the document he sent showed my house is not in a flood zone. When I asked about this he admitted his mistake. 2) The disclosures were wrong and he was not able to explain why. Nor could he explain title insurance to me.

I have used New American Funding twice prior to this loan and my partner and I recently used Brittany for our first investment property as new business partners. We had a great deal that required a quick closing in just 11 full business days in order to secure it. Brittany and her team were able to pull it off and we successfully closed on our first project with little challenge! I would highly recommend Brittany for any loan transaction.
