Marti was very professional and worked hard to help us get what we wanted out of the refinance of our home. The only down fall was that she anticipated the value of our home to be higher than what the appraisal came back at, however she did help us to rebuttal it, and get a little bit more value. Although we didn't get what we originally wanted, things worked out. Marti has great customer service and I would recommend her to any of my family and friends.
