This was a LONG transaction and Kellie was great through the whole thing. She stuck with us and explained the process to our mutual customer, the Richards, who were first time home buyers. The only suggestion was that there were a few times that we had questions or needed an updated pre-approval letter on a weekend and didn't get a response until Monday. Overall, the experience was great! Thanks for the great transaction!
