Quynh is very knowledgeable and helpful. He has a great personality and really seems to care about what you are trying to do. When asked a question, he usually has a reasonable and knowledgeable answer and is patient and kind in voice and manner. I would have like him to be a little more proactive about where we were in the process, but I get that he probably has a lot of cases on his hands.

there were documents that I had to be sent twice there was a miscommunication between my initial contact person and the person that they were working with they seem to have miscommunication between the two of them which caused some delays
