Overall my experience was about one star shy of getting five stars. Elexia communicated every day of what step we were at and what was needed. Her drive ,determination and faith is what helped me get here. Her faith in making sure I was going to close never waivered. There were some hiccups along the way that I think could have been prevented which made the process not go as smooth as it could but not on Elexia’s part. All in all it got done and I love my house.

Florica understands the need for a lender that communicates in a timely manner. She is knowledgeable and experienced in a market that " one size" does not fits all. I only wished the underwriting process was as efficient as she was. We were not funded the same day even though we had a 2 day delay and we ended up recording very late the day of closing.
