Typically during these on-line transactions, whether it's buying or refinancing a house it's not always easy to communicate with the lender. I really appreciate how fast you responded to my questions and phone calls. Also, I didn't have access to a reliable scanner, which meant that I had to fax several documents. Your staff was very good about e-mailing me and verifying that the fax arrived. I have had trouble in the past faxing documents and never being certain that they arrived.
