My overall experience with Arnold has been positive. However with New American it's been negative, especially with the processor that was assigned Allyson Ulate. Exceptionally poor attention to detail, slow service and general unavailability (she doesn't answer her phone listed on her email and whenever she calls she uses a private number). I expected New American to really up the ante after the initial fumble with my loan but they really dropped the ball again and again with Allyson.

Arnold and the entire team was very involved, communicated updates, and requested the documents early to ensure we closed on time. Additionally, Arnold walked us through our lending options, and ways to decrease the interest rate, which was helpful in making a decision. Definitely would recommend the team to friends and family!
