Marco Sanchez was great! But the underwriter at New American Funding had my buyers waiting for hours and days wondering if the deal would close after it was approved for closing. Better underwriting would require looking at documents and the purchase contract no later than 1 week prior to closing. The hour of closing is too late to be nit picking. Thank you Marco Sanchez for your great work and diligence. You and your assistants worked very hard for myself and my buyers.
