Communication was essential. When brought to Mark's attention, it was corrected immediately. There were other employees of the company reaching out asking for documents and not properly identifying themselves. In the current environment, it was a concern of the possibility of fraud, but worse represented disorganization and failure of intercompany communication. Mark offered explanations of the process and I was comfortable working with him.
