Erich was very helpful and straight forward, i like someone who stands by their word and he did exactly that. He was professional, but also down to earth and treated us just like we were his friends and getting us the best deal possible on our house. Erich and the team met all our request during this process! The only small issue i had was trying to communicate with Erich himself, although he is very busy, i would have liked quicker responses. Great experience!!
