Effortless, simple process with the convenience of closing at our home. I would recommend more frequent communications. Don't let a week pass without some communications even if it's just to say there's no update but everything is still processing.

Joseph was great but Pedro was terrible. Very little communication. Delay after delay. Set up my signing but then the notary never showed. Reached out to see what was up and he did reply saying sorry but then never gave any more info. Then the notary shows up the following Monday unannounced and with no heads up from Pedro. Documents misspelled my wife’s name. Started process in June but didn’t sign papers until October. Felt like a bait and switch because Joseph was stellar but then terrible.

Joseph was professional throughout the entire process and was able to answer all of my questions easily and understandably. He was able to get us exactly what we asked for! I, personally, could have used a little more communication - especially toward the end. There was one time that I emailed Joseph and he never responded. I found out later that he had already turned the file over to the loan processor, but I did not know that at the time and a quick note from him would have been nice.
