Everyone was extremely friendly. There were a few instances (not with Richmond) that were less than stellar. Communication was quite slow and I was left wondering what was going on most of the time. It wasn’t until I would send an email asking what the status of things were before I would get a response. I really only communicated with Richmond for the first couple of weeks and then was working with Jessica. While everyone was quite friendly, the timing of things and certainly more frequent communication would be appreciated. Especially in such a major financial process as this. Sometimes over a week would go by with no info as to what was happening and what we were waiting on next. We sold our home and bought our current one in a faster and more communicable way than this refinance was done. While in the end it was completed properly and we are happy it is over, it could have been a little more pleasant with more consistent communication that I didn’t have to initiate each time.
