It was confusing to have to work with multiple people in the same company asking for different things, often at a strict deadline. Jon and the others were very interactive and responsive, but I wasn't sure they all communicated. Not sure if there was an issue with my Realtor, but communication to me about closing needs and timelines were not clear. The esignature process was not intuitive.
