I would say I had a good experience with Cherie and would work with her again. I was not aware of what Dace Balama's role was until I looked back at the emails. I realize this is all quite routine for everyone involved, and they have decades of experience. As a first-time buyer I was quite overwhelmed by the torrent of emails and information I received. I communicated with Cherie regularly and I recall getting an email from Jamie early on. After reading it again, Dace was introduced in that email.
