I wish I had used an actual closing agent, not just a notary. I had questions that she was unable to answer during the signing process. I got through it, I just think it wouldn't have taken as much time because it would have been explained to me and I wouldn't have to read so much and so carefully. That actually sounds like it was an education for me, it was just ery time consuming. I will say though, so much of this process happened the last week before closing and I do appreciate yours and Jackie's time and effort in responding promptly to all of my questions via email and text, and on the phone several times.
