I think Rachel gave me a lot of good advice. She was friendly, expedient and accessable. She was very on top of things and made strong efforts to communicate what was going on in the process and what might be needed for the process. Rachel was very diligent in making sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to do to facilitate the purchase of the house and really made this whole thing come together. Overall, I really enjoyed working with Rachel. She should probably get a raise and a promotion...

I trusted Mark when my first realtor was a little flaky and uncommunicative. He and I both agreed that it was not the best experience, and he was very honest about his excitement about me moving on to a new realtor. Mark was really responsive when I would send him questions about monthly cost, closing cost estimates, or even different price breakdowns on my offers. He was really quick to get things done!
