Feel that Kelly did and Alyssa did a terrific job of communicating and keeping things moving. Problems came from external providers - appraisal and closing. The appraiser was barely competent and the closing company had a few problems. Doesn't take away from the great work by Kelly - but did impact the overall total.

I can not speak highly enough about my transaction with Jessica, she is a superstar. My problems all stem from processes after we received clear to close- The documents were not prepared in a timely manor, the funding took two days which meant that we had to go back to the seller twice for extensions to the purchase contract. Jessica is a rock star- New American needs some process improvements
