Nick did a great job but passed him the support we received was not up to his standards. We had to pursue detailed information, which should have been forthcoming from your company. Details as simple as confirmation of date & time the loan would be transacted. Tried to confirm certain items on the settlement papers, but was unable to reach your loan person, during and after the papers were signed. Noting the time differential, we should have received a call back, but that never happened. However, Nick always called back with all items that concerned him.
