Tom was quick to respond and intervene in getting my pre approval letter for the purchase, which was critical in us getting our house. He was always quick to respond to email or text inquiries, even at odd hours. The only issue I had was when I was working with Doug on the documents required by the underwriters, which seemed to change daily right up until a few days before close. It might have been good to have a short meeting as soon as a sales agreement had been signed to walk through the possible things that would be requested, so I wouldn't have to be scrambling that last week producing documents from my investments, insurance, HOA, etc. Doug was always patient and considerate in working with me, which I appreciated.

The advice from Tom was good. He worked hard to get us qualified and told us up front what needed to be done. He told us that he would be able to get us pre-approved, as first time home buyers, and that he would make sure that everything was solid so that when closing time came, there won’t be any disappointments. We are grateful that we had Tom working on our loan. Today we have a beautiful house and we know God send us Tom’s way to help us. We recommend his services.
