While Laura was great and worked hard to find the best options for me, once we got into the process it went down hill. The multiple layers of e-documents from NAF and the investor, the communications were not clear, and at closing there were confusing data and unnecessary forms. Finally, the process took much longer than expected which caused challenges on my end.
