Our Loan Officer Michael Chia Hua Lee helped us go through the process and helped us. The problems we encountered problematic were the follow ups from the other staff. Some mistakes, some repeated requests and Michael had to step in several occasions to clarify, iron out issues and help guide the whole process with the support staff to get this completed. One big suggestion is for your company to provide documents for review in advance (not hours before signing). Needs to have clear communication with the lawyers involved in the closing, and the client. It was very chaotic in the end because of the late or lack of communication from the supporting staff and Michael had to help us chase for the information or push to get us the necessary support.
