The quick response from Manuel and his team made for a great experience. The notary was on the opposite side of the ratings. The first one no showed last minute and the other one seemed very new and unfamiliar with 80% of the paperwork. She then texted me once the loan was already funded saying she needed me to text her a picture of my husbands social security card, which I thought was extremely unprofessional. I did not do it.

It started off rocky but what made it great is that when it’s crunch time, Rosemary was there every step of the way. She and her team did a great job with terrible delays and issues. She is made sure to not only help with the technical aspect of the huge financial commitment but the emotional aspect as well.
