I would have preferred it be conveyed that the payoff requests was going to be a fee added to my loan, and be explained that I did not have to request it, that Cardinal was requesting it. Overall the experience with Robert was very good, he went above and beyond on checking in to make sure I had seen emails if I had not replied in a timely manner (some of the emails went to my spam folder). He also assisted in helping me load my documents to the portal as th the was a glitch.
