I had a tough situation because of my funds coming from crypto so Masato was in a difficult position of trying to navigate getting paperwork to underwriting and also knowing what was possible to be done with all the crypto platforms. In the end we got it figured out and navigated our way around and through it. It took a ot of patience on both our parts to get it done. And we did.

Our paperwork did not get the final approval until the day of closing so we had to reschedule the closing day. After we signed the paperwork with the attorney we were still unable to get keys to our new home because something had to be approved by the funding department with New American Funding. It seemed like someone within the agency dropped the ball at the end.
