Cassandra was for the most part very responsive, especially during the holidays. She would email, text, call to answer any questions. Some improvements would be to have her copied on all items related to us so she would be included in the loop at all times. After the docs were signed, the loan processor was still asking for things that you should have already gotten, so it seemed the loan would not process due to no fault of our own. But it did go through despite me not being able to get the additional documents from the IRS. Regardless, the house has more than 2x the collateral so I though it odd at the last second to try to get additional documents after notary came to our house and at that point it should be a done deal. Other than that, it was for the most part a good experience.
