Two recommendations: 1. Tell customers that they may receive a notice from their homeowner's Insurance company that New American Funding may go onto their homeowner's policy before closing. 2. At closing inform people cash-out check(s) will be made out to the applicant and co-applicant and may require a joint checking account in order to cash the check. Many couples have their own accounts and not joint accounts. Overall, Communication was good despite going into Christmas/New Years' holidays.
