The help we received from Mr Martinez was very good. But, we have been a little bothered by the fact that the closer indicated we would receive an email letting us know when and how funds would be disbursed. She did say they would come FedEx and she would send an email w/the FedEx info but we have not received it. We understood it would be overnighted but we have not received anything yesterday or today. I do see that our mortgage w/Mr Cooper was paid off but our auto loan w/Wells Fargo is still outstanding. We are assuming that amount along with $ to pay Capital One, Lowe’s and what is coming directly to us will be in the check we are to receive. Xavier Martinez was professional, knowledgeable and we sincerely appreciated his help with this re-fi. Zuleima Diaz, our closer was very helpful and sweet. I just think when we were not able to close on the first one scheduled, there was a breakdown in communications somewhere and things were a little confusing in transition to next scheduled closing.

Took longer than I thought it would. Had to use equity to payoff a car. The check was sent to my house that's wrote out to a bank that is not local. I have to handle this now when I never wanted this scenario to begin with.
