Overall I am happy with the loan I received. However, I would have appreciated clearer communication and better organization when gathering my documents and statements. For example, I had to re-submit documents because they required a “wet signature” instead of a digital one. This should have been communicated upfront. As a result, I had to leave work early to find a printer.

My experience with Adam was pleasant, and to the point. He proved clear understanding and set the expectations. He was able to assist even when all felt lost. And the process is one you can easily get lost in. I would have preferred if the who process beginning to end was with the same officer instead of switching to Samuel.Guillen@Nafinc.com. that experience was painful to say the least.

Keara was great at providing me frequent updates of our loan process and answering my questions. When Keara passed our loan on to the Sr processor, that is where communication was out of Keara’s hands and updates and further documents requested got delayed. It came down to the day before closing and we were still providing employment verification and unsure that the loan paperwork would get finalized before Closing the next morning. Again, this communication was out of Keara’s hands or control toward the end. I would have liked Keara through the entire process.
