The process took tzoo long and cost me more money in points. I don’t necessarily attribute that to Mathew, but I wish I new about the additional charge in points. I’m also a little disappointed that I couldn’t get more cash out. Mathew was informative and did save me a lot of money in the long run. I WOULD recommend him to anyone.
