Mark is a professional and we were very pleased with how he worked with both my wife and I. We were referred to him from another friend who had had a positive prior experience with him. This continues to be the case as we will refer him in the future. Specifically, there was a situation where my wife and I were making an impromptu car purchase and needed to talk to Mark over a weekend. Mark gave us a call back at 4:30 pm assure us this would not affect our loan (which was much appreciated).
