Things were good until the end. Always needing 1 more things in the way of paperwork. THEN in the very end I'm reading I am NOT getting my requested amount , I was never told I wasn't getting it but here is what we are going to give you I found upsetting. If it wasn't for spending months going thru the process and having to pay hundreds of dollars for the appraisal, I would have just cancelled the whole thing. So, since being shorted without notification I now have to find other means to make up what your company chose to not lend me. Jason Green was a very pleasant person and informative. He was the only reason I went with your company. The process though I'm not thrilled with

The process took alot longer than I was expecting, almost 3 months. That was the only negative aspect of the experience.

The closing was delayed multiple times. There was a lack of communication when changes had to be made to the amount of the loan and the process. It seemed very linear when some things could have been done in tandem. When all was done, Leslie contacted the insurance company for letter stating we had homeowners and would change to twice yearly escrowed payment, it took a week to get the letter. It wasn't her fault that it took a week, I just feel the request should have been made earlier in the process. When the cashout changed from $30,000 to $600, we were not notified and the whole loan had to be rewritten. The lack of communication about the changes caused delays. We started the process on July 10th and did not close and receive our payout until September 15th. It was a refinance. Again, not all her fault. We were required to do some work on the house by the underwriter which took us about 3 weeks. All in all, I feel it was a good experience, with just a little frustration.
