Everything went very smooth working with Phylisha until toward the end the underwriter was asking for over the top non sense items and repeatable calls to my employer to keep confirming I was employed. Also this is lake property home is deeded lot and you shouldn’t take comparable properties on leased property lots. The inspector wasn’t very familiar with lake property and refused to add the basement square ft to the home square ft which is on the tax record. New American needs to only use appraisers who understand lake property. I would only recommend New American for community homes and not lake homes. Tommy Ashby
