Sam was really easy to work with and was able to answer questions well. The only complaint I have was the day before closing I called about 2pm PST and got his voicemail. I was hoping for a call back and never received one. The day of closing, I had called at 8am PST and got a voicemail again. He later called right before closing and said everything was good. Phone communication is very important to my process and having the ability to get phone calls back within a timely fashion is a big part of that process. Otherwise, Sam was great, and I would work with him on future deals.
