Wes made the process very easy and communicated with me well. He made sure we had all the proper documents submitted and corrected the ones I uploaded that were not correct. One issue we had was with the fact that our loan was through a credit union and I had to get a letter from the Credit Union's branch manager and that sufficed to prove our loan was with them. Overall it was a very stress free process and we enjoyed working with Wes.
