There were a lot of moving parts to our deal process- and that in itself was a struggle. And maybe that's just the process. I wouldn't say it was negative by any means. To me "Ok" does not mean it wasn't memorable or impactful, either- I just don't know if it was "great"- good would prob be more appropriate? Nicole in particular was an absolute joy to communicate with- she has terrific energy and was extremely responsive and accessible with some of our questions. But there were other areas in the process as a whole we felt as first time home buyers were things were felt short, little clariical errors, and even on the day of closing we sort of felt like there was something lingering that we weren't aware of that we would thought would have been addressed a little earlier. I would still reccomend Nicole to friends and family, without question- I answered that part as an "8"- in my opinion that's a really high score, so apologies as if this survey comes across as if we didn't appreciate Nicole and Lauren's support- bc we absolutely did. Nicole brought plenty of brightness through the process even as things seemed a bit rough for a while. I did really enjoy her and the times she advocated on our behalves.
