There were some items that could have been proactively Identified versus last minute. Also being that NAF was the original Loan Holder, the specifics of my employer/employment should have been explained to the Underwriting dept being that we went through the same process on the original Loan. I was also asked for Information that was already provided on multiple occasions. I understand that every loan is a new loan, but being that I was already in the system, I felt that there was some unnecessary redundancies and miscommunications that could have been avoided. However, I would still recommend NAF to anyone and will continue to work with them on future opportunities. Jane and Matt have plenty of patience and excellent customer service.
