Alma was very nice to work with, and clearly competent, and stayed on top of her files. That said, I was incredibly disappointed with the appraisal situation. The appraisal came back late which created the need for addendums, and worse yet a very uncomfortable situation for both sides of the deal. I was (accidentally) included in an email stream regarding the appraisal issue, and I can tell you I was a very disappointed in in your company with respect to the complete disconnect between the appraisers you hire, and the inability to rectify the messy situation. Alma I would recommend, your company, I would be a bit hesitant.

As a first time home buyer I was unsure of what to expect. I was nervous, I had a lot of questions. Hussein was reassuring, he answered all our questions and the ones he didn't have answers to right away, he would consult his office and return with an answer. He kept us updated on the status of our loan and we made closing in 30 days. I would 100 present recommend New American Funding and A+ to Hussain.
