Brennan was very helpful despite the complicated nature of my case. He was prompt to return communication and willing to educate me when I was unsure of the process. There were multiple large set backs throughout the refinance, but he was still able to get me approved and finalized. Particularly at the final step of the process, we were almost declined for something that was completely out of my control (missing child support payment) and he double checked other documents to confirm that the info was correct (it wasn't). Because of his tenacity, we got approved. I am SO grateful that he worked so hard for me. Thank you!!
